Job Role
Advisor: Its a comission based job in which you have to sell policies the more you sell the more earn. Our minimum value policy fetchs roughly around 4000rs comission so if you can sell 3 of them each month you can earn aroun (12000rs/month) since policy continues to renew you can keep on earning on renewals every year till the policy matures(10-25 years or even more).
Promotion
Agency Leader (fixed salary of 4500rs + 25% incentive + Medical Benefit, PF, Gratuity) : Withing any 6 months period if you sold 10 policy you will be eligible for promotion as an agency leader, as a agency leader you can create team of advisors. So if you have team of 10 advisors and each one selling at least 1 policy that means 12000*10= 120,000. So your earning will be around (30,000rs+ 4500 fixed income). The more bigger team the more you earn.
Note: Your incentive is paid separately so your advisors will earn as usual.
Agency Manger (Fixed Salary 30,000rs + 60% Incentive+ Medical Benefit, PF, Gratuity): Within any 1 year period you sold 100 policy by the help of you team of advisors you will be eligible for promotion as a Agency Manager.
